- Accounts receivable listing (if accrual basis)
- Inventory balance at the end of the year (at cost)

- Purchases - Description, Date purchased, Purchase price and loan details, if any
- Disposals - Description, Date sold, Sales price and provide closing statements or bills of sale
- Depreciation schedule (if a new client)
